Colts' Special Team vs Seahawks' Special Teams

The Colts kicking game continues to stand head and shoulders above most of the league. Punter Hunter Smith leads the NFL with a 49.5 net yardage. Mike Vanderjagt has converted 9 of 10 field goals, including a game winner versus Buffalo. Seattle has a new kicker, Rian Lindell, who is 2 of 2 thus far. Veteran Punter Jeff Feagles ranks squarely in the middle of the pack.

Lax kick coverage allowed the Patriots to attempt the hail mary which turned the tide of the game. Kick returns have also been lackluster at best . There is plenty of room for improvement in both these areas.
