Football is a game of simple grace and power, grit and glory unleashed in small explosions. It's poetry in motion. Fast forward, that is. The 'Shoe doesn't need pages of stat-crunching analysis to find the essence of the game. 17 weeks. 17 syllables. That's all we need.  Beat that, ESPN.

Dumbfounded pirates
Standing stunned, sideline silence.
Colt stampede steals game.

Impossible? No.
Improbable? Yes!
Once a lifetime win.

Less than four minutes,
Colts score twenty-one to tie,
then kick twice to win.

I must be dreaming.
Who was that in blue and white?
Looked like Johnny U.

Fumbles and long bombs,
bad flags, big plays, onside kicks.
This game had it all.

Half a yard onward!
Into the endzones of Bucs
the wild charge they made!

Division rivals
and Super Bowl Champions.
All fall to the blue!

Sweet vindication.
Win, lose, play ev'ry down.
Now that's Colt football!
