Offense vs. Browns Defense With the
balanced triple threat offense hitting on all cylinders, few teams in the NFL can hope to
stop the Colts. The most you can do is contain them. Manning has over 3600 yards passing;
James has 1400 yards rushing; Harrison has over 1,000 yards receiving. All three players
have been selected to start in the Pro Bowl this year.
The Browns are ranked last in the
AFC in defense, giving up an average of 376 yards per game. They are giving up almost 175
yards rushing per game. Edgerrin James could have a huge game against such a porous
defense. If the Browns try and stack the line to keep James at bay, look for Manning and
offensive coordinator Tom Moore to open it up and exploit the deep passing routes.
